We were asked sometimes if we could make a longer Ciro with bigger load capacity. So we tought about it and made the bits and pieces for this special XL edition of the Big Badboy.
The front end of the XL is equivalent to that of the standard Big Badboy. From there on all other parts are new. The frame is handmade, 100mm longer and additionally reinforced by flat rods inside. The fitting deck is 30mm wider. You only can imagine this, if you compare the deck with a standard one, as shown in the 9th picture.
From July 2020 on 1 Super Flywheel 107mm instead of 2 Big Wheelz is mounted between the rear forks made of stainless steel. The also new wide brakepedal is stretched to a mudguard. In the category Accessories we offer fitting fenders for the front wheelz.
Beside of all that, we spent the XL version of the Big Badoy non-slip Kraton rubber grips instead of the standard foam ones.
As with the Big Badboy the finish of all machined parts is at its finest.
Tip:
The front wheelz can be mounted in 2 height positions at the steering brackets. The recommended position is the rear one, because this means the caster will be bigger. Mounted so, the running and steering stability is more easy.
To fit the nut of the axle screws in the rear position an additional 13mm fork spanner is needed (not included in delivery).
